Drum Corps Planet's tenth anniversary

The American drum corps forum Drum Corps Planet is ten years old. The website has become the largest drum corps forum in the world, and it's still growing.
George Dixon started up the website on 14 February 2002. At that time, drum corps discussions were still taking place in the popular discussion group 'Rec - Arts - Marching - Drumcorps' (RAMD). Due to the coming and growth of Drum Corps Planet, there was little left of RAMD.
A few years after the start, John Donovan became the new owner of Drum Corps Planet, and developed the site further. The forum now has over 26,000 users. These days, Drum Corps Planet also has an extensive news page run by Kevin Gamin.
