Juliana partners with Evans Drumheads
Feb 6, 2010

The American company Evans Drumheads (D'Addario) is establishing itself in Europe. Juliana Drum & Bugle Corps from Middelburg is now included in the list of Evans artists. Previously, Beatrix from Hilversum announced the same deal.

"We are very pleased with this deal", states Chair Hiels Oving of Juliana. "We are gaining more than just financial benefits. Being on good terms with Jim Bailey, as well as the prompt service of the importer Hoshino Benelux and the quality of the drumheads promise just as many benefits."

Since the early fifties, Evans has been making the polyester drumheads that are still used today. In 1956, they were the first to put these drumheads on the market. This invention resulted in a waterproof drumheads and has improved drumming, especially in the drum corps world.
