Mar 2, 2011

The 'drum corps virus' continues to spread in France. After the success of the junior corps Kadoudal Drum & Bugle Corps, known for their participation at the DCE Championships 2010, a new group of enthusiasts rises to the challenge. The corps will be called Mozaic Drum & Bugle Corps, and has attracted several international instructors.

Mozaic Drum & Bugle Corps, based in the northern French town of Baisieux, sees 2011 as a 'pre-season', with the necessary preparations for 2012. Instructors have been found, mainly from Belgium. They all have international experience, including DCI, WGI, CGN, DCE, DCN and DCUK. The corps director is C├ędric Paques.

On Sunday 15th May, Mozaic is organising an open day, with an official presentation of the corps. Those who are interested can also participate in a public rehearsal that day. In 2012, the first show a should be a definite. For the future, Mozaic plans to participate in national and international competitions.
