No indoor percussion units at Burgess Hill

Due to the low number of entrants into the Indoor Percussion Europe /Winterguard United Kingdom indoor percussion event on Sunday 18th March in Burgess Hill - West Sussex, it has been decided to cancel the event. The normal WGUK winter guard contest taking place on the same day will continue as normal with 21 guards in competition.
The WGUK 2012 British Indoor Percussion Championships (which was scheduled to be part of the Burgess Hill event) will now move forward one week and will take place on Sunday 25th March as part of the Winterguard contest being held at the Pond Forge Arena in Sheffield.
Although the British IPE contest has been cancelled, Indoor Percussion Europe features a strong season with shows in France, Sweden and Belgium. The event calendar can be found at www.indoorpercussioneurope.org.
