Beatrix Drum & Bugle Corps is on tour in the United States to take part in the DCI competition. Stories on the tour will be published on the Beatrix website. On drumcorps.org.uk, fans will be updated as well about how the European corps is doing in the USA.
Almost 30 years after its first crossing of the Atlantic Ocean in 1975, Beatrix Drum & Bugle Corps has set off for its sixth trip to the North-American continent. In 1975, the corps traveled to the southwestern part of Canada, where the first encounter with the drum corps phenomenon took place.
At major DCI shows beginning his weekend, an additional percussion performance judge will evaluate corps. The additional judge will also evaluate corps at select Division II & III shows through the summer, and throughout World Championships in Denver.

On Thursday, August 5 and Friday, August 6, you and your closest friends can watch World Championship quarterfinals (Thursday) and semifinals (Friday) from the swankest of all perches: Invesco’s corporate suites.
This years Cadence Spectacular was once again held at the popular Army Rugby Stadium in Aldershot. With a good line up of Corps it promised to be an interesting day. Some black clouds over the Arena looked threatening, but the field looked in good condition for marching.
